For the plantain, in Jamaica we just rub oil on our hands and wash it when we're done.

Life hack: If you peel the plantain under running water it won't leave the black stain on your fingers.

@kaitlyntuson66866 жыл бұрын
Are the plantains pretty ripe before you boil them or do you boil them basically just after you get them from the supermarket?
@NIKKIRODRI6 жыл бұрын
I just boil them after purchasing them, they're supposed to be green for the Mangu! When they get ripe they turn yellow which you can cut into pieces and fry and that's called "platanos maduros" which basically translates into ripe plantains :)

Lol look how u peeling plantains that's a big meal in my country we use it daily plantains don't stain ur hands peel them bare hands its easier . You make the plantains look scornful. You need a masher like you mash potatoes or cassava with that do the job

Well I don’t usually peel them, my mom does so this is what works for me.

@freyachandra18696 жыл бұрын
Yeah it really depends on where your body stores fat. So, I would workout a few times a week (do cardio and strength) and then eat healthy weight gain foods. Examples are milk, peanut butter, nuts, bananas, whole wheat bread, etc.
