Got our concrete trailer pump back. New system and everything. Back to line pumping concrete on a regular basis. Felt good to get out and get some concrete pumping through our veins.

i know ive commented about it before, but I am absolutely baffled you get that through 3"!!! i think we'd even be puckering a bit trying to pump that through 4". good seeing the trailer pump back in action, the little mistakes, chalk it up to its been a while, no harm no foul (except maybe a few paint scuffs) 2 hours with a chipping gun and wire wheel you'll have that hopper looking good as new again

A nice little trick/idea is to cut your concrete bag iafter emptying into the bucket,and spread the empty bag under your 5gl bucket while yur mixing it so any 'splishy splashy' doesn't get wherever you don't want it to go..👍🙂👍.. ((Or just do your mixing in a area where it dont matter if you have some 'splishy splashy'

Running late here.... 1000's of things to do and winter is here .... snowing heavy tonight ... tried to get the 9K but the power steering would not let the front wheels turn. might need to have it hauled home. I'll try pull starting it again once the storm is over and the roads are dryer.

Not necessarily a pro tip but from what I experienced, add a bag or 2 of morder instead of water. If you add water do it with the drum stopped and mud at the hopper then mix it.. sometimes the cream is at the head of the drum

No, you don’t have to prime the pump. It’s to lubricate the hose in front of the concrete

That was probably a bill for all the hose and support tools. You must be an understanding fellow to accept a load of river gravel to pump. Yeah i know we got to get along with vendors but I wouldn't be happy.

I’m a concrete finisher and I buy a 1005 putzmeister but I don’t know what size sisten to buy 3” or 4” 4” it’s heavy but I am not sure if 3” can handle 1 1/2 rock aggregate what you recommend in your experience and by the way a watch all your videos and your Canadian friend

Bet you are pleased you got that one purged through, just remember next time to ensure the pump is correctly secured to the pick up 🤷♂️🤦♂️🤣 Good you spread your business across different suppliers, Seracuse is not quite round the corner from you !!!! Annual inspections are worth the effort, can pick up and rectify any faults found. Of course, that boils down to having a good engineer looking over the pump !!! 👍

Here in Vegas we charge 1st truck $550 and a $100 every other truck after that. So second truck would be $650. It’s open market so I’m not afraid to say what I charge. If you do good business, people will use you.

Yes I agree. But if go and tell people on the internet I’m charging $XXX.00 for a 4 hour minimum each additional hour $XXX.00. X.00 a yard pumped $X.00 a foot over 100’ and a 10% fuel surcharge I’ll have every Tom Dick and Harry that think they are capable of running a pump piling into my area. I already have some lug nut out of Missouri using my company name.
