Haha I’m late to the video!! Now seeing Jeff out of his element but doing the exact same thing he does everyday is funny. The 2” hose are the best if you can use them. Luckily in my area we can and just an hour north into Tennessee I have to use a 2.5” and really need a 3” to be sufficient. I could not imagine using 3” everyday all day. Especially on those jobs where I have to man the hose!! Much rather use 2” everyday. Now I do use a 2.5” the first hose from the pump then reduce to a 2” because it reduces some of the line surge and if I get a truck with tons of those balls of dried concrete it helps break it down as it reduces into the 2” line. I guess we all have our preferences but it looks fun teaming up with a fellow pumper and trying their methods. I bet yall had fun, good job guys. Chris

Why didn't you just hook into deck pipe then the 2nd pump is just the boom

It’s harder to clean the boom out That way.

@MuddyfeetConcretePumping blow a ball backwards or forward for that matter. I've been pumping since 01 and done it many time. Hell on placing booms we always blow them out. Pretty neat seeing you got 1 on camera rolling over. Only had that happen 1 time to me in late 2000s. Never thought to record it back then

We just installed the air valve on our 43M and it’s great. We opted for that instead of the air cuff because we are constantly changing to different whips or a trimmy and we never need to move the valve like the air cuff👌🏼 and its awesome! Check them out if you haven’t already

Hi first time watching. What do you think of taking the working end of the hose off rather than pulling it back to machine then you can have guy's that have a minute to wash it put it on truck be done with it and your pump doesn't work as hard and your not tripping on it just a thought thanks
