Stefan’s excitement on the Cybex Christmas tree machine made me laugh 😂 he’s such a passionate guy. That words often used but he truly exemplifies it! I have zero concerns with him coaching half of the IFBB, the man has superpowers for sure. It’s no fake Guru BS

Interesting that Boss coach always pushes Wes to squeeze out a couple extra reps, whereas Wes normally always trains alone so he never performs those critical assisted reps to failure.

Think they need a proper off season, but it seems Arnold is seeing leg development differently from how they judged the Olympia (which was a bit of a joke).

I think deadlifts might be a secret ingredient for Wesley, thicken up the lower back and glutes. If he were to use RDLs at the end of a back training session, could also get some more hamstrings and adductors which are a weakness in his back poses.

If Wesley lower body can match upper he will be unstoppable.. just like bonac said when u trained with him whatever weight limit you have left put it all in the legs.. hopefully you've made enough progress in the legs for the Arnold.. if not Mike will win and Wesley is my favorite classic physique

Thanks for the uploads much appreciated) I'm curious if you are trying to "spot gain" ie. add size to certain body parts while maintaining the others? And if so which parts are you trying to gain on? And if you are just looking to maintain certain body parts how do you do this if you don't mind me asking? In my humble opinion your arms are top tier world-class slightly ahead of your other body parts. Anyways I hope you can address question but if not no worries and all the best to you and just keep on grinding it out😎👍💪

Maybe deadlifts should go at the start of leg day instead of the end of back. Let's face it, Wesley's back legs are his only fixable weakness. At his training age, maybe the shock of some heavy deadlifts might be what it takes to find new progress. He has a great upper body and good quads, now he needs the glutes and hammys to get over the line.

Yes, there are things to work on, but the judging is not based on the Classic Physique of the past. They should change the name of the category because the winners(yes I said it) over the past several years are not CP. Just short stalky dudes.

Bumstead is short and stalky?😅
@ChrisNanche2 күн бұрын
youre confusing open. The winner of the past classics was a tall dude, (cbum) I think you mean the difference between the old-school judging and now is that now the legs are super important (which is Wesleys weak point)
