Sooo....for back, do pulldowns and rows. These are earth shattering....mind blowing....revelations! No wonder top pros need "coaches" and "gurus" these days.

@@TonyMon16 No I don't look like them...I'm 63! I did compete at the national level and rubbed elbows with some of the best in the world at the time. No one "needed" a coach...and no one on the planet can "take guess work out of it all", as evidenced by often radical changes in competitors' appearances in the pre-judging vs the night show...or even the next day.

@@brianhomka290 you 63.. and used to compete?? dude you realize YOU ARE A GURU ROFL!!...in reality thats all a guru is someone with loads of competing experience over many years, even better if they were doing it alone( even though that manes their own career was likely terrible as a result.. but boy did you learn alot). What do you think neil hill is? there is no college course for taking steroids and doing bodybuilding splits and bro diets. its all experience.

Graham Pick variety of angels actives different muscles on ur back . its just different techniques. he has flex on these workouts and i actually think its best to work on width then work for thickness later

elvis daod to many people use terrible form and to many exercises in the same workout ie bent over barbell rows and one arm dumbell rows in the same workout its just repeating your self by all means experiment with exercise but not all in the same work out all you need are one pull down exercise one row exercise and dead lifts like I said its all yates used

Graham Pick i understand what ur saying but this is how its is man there is no secret to it . i seen pro guys workout for about 1 hour and swing weights around like idiots but still make gains . the diet is number one key and the stuff that helps them push more .
