Greetings, Christof!!! Doing my "homework" by catching up with your sublime bush reports. How long is the "winter" in KNP & SA- mine is brutal, 6 months of snow, sub-below zero weather? U looked cozy maneuvering Sakkie & nice haircut! Wow, look at those 2 massive ellies. Is it an off-season time for KNP? The vegetation looks dry & sparse. Hope the lions & other residents don't have problem finding food. Yahoo, congrats on the great news of you being back guiding. Are you gonna be back at RockFig? Or will you ever join Wildearth Safari Live? Yes, dream, dream... to be in the bush one day with you being the ultimate guide Madiba & Sakkie, the 4-wheel babe! Hey, thanks so much for passing on the positive energy. Can't believe Mr. Dwayne is almost 2. LOL at your comments re: his inquisitive nature & growing antics. Nothing is happier & more delightful to know your little cubby is healthy & running the show in your pride😘 Take care, Christof!

Greetings Fukatrum! My friend, thanks for catching up on your homework! The bush reports are becoming scarce these days with life becoming more busier. But il keep them coming as much I can Our winters are 5 short months in SA, some areas colder than others. The winters here feels like a week then it’s over🤦🏻♂️I’m a total winters boy although I don’t think I’ll ever survive in your climate at all but would love to experience it one day! It’s always been a dream We are at the very start of the rainy season at the end of spring now and the bush is extremely dry at the moment. Luckily we had a splash of rain today. Will be guiding here from Croc bridge, Mjejane and the Shishangeni concession South KNP, close to Marlothpark my friend😁exited and nervous at same time Having a mini me has changed life completely so the days in the private parts of the park is probably over. Who knows..Yep, Dwayne is such a strong and happy little guy despite moving rapidly into the terrible 2s fase he is our silver lining and keeping us motivated Always appreciate your well written comments, thanks for that and the continued love and support! May life be easy on you whatever you do and never give up on your dream to visit SA one day! Blessings from the bush🇿🇦🙏🏻🦁😄

Hi Chris ! Thank you for that top quality video and comments. 👍 Thinking I was in Marloth about ten days ago for a few days (left since last sunday) and having plenty of lost time or free time between safaris, knowing you like now I would have tried to arrange for at least a couple of Kruger's safaris with you. During my days and safaris there and just a few kilometers after passing Crocodile Gate and River going for an early morning walk, we have met on the right hand side and in the flat bush not that fare from the river ... Blondie and Splitnose, according to our local guides (Sydney and Shorty). That was a miracle to me, knowing them anw following them on internet from France on video channels like yours, I have never thought I would be lucky enough to met them. So really worry we did not met that time, however I plan to come back in 2025 ! Hope I'll find your number or e-mail contact to arrange some safaris. Take care and keep going your excellent work ! 👍🙏

Hi JP! Thank you very much for leaving a comment! Looks like we just missed each other but good to know that you will be coming back next year! Please reach out via email on info@cswildtravel.com when you are back in SA and you can join me on walks and gamedrives for sure. It would be my pleasure to be your guide!🙏🏻🇿🇦 I am super surprised to hear that splitnose and blondie are back together and hopefully I can get to film or see some images of them soon🤞🏻what a treat that you have also seen them! Appreciate your following and looking forward to meet you one day! Cheers for now🍻🇿🇦

Thanks Chris for your nice and long appreciated answer ! Regarding Blondie and Splitnose walking in the bush 40 to 50 meters to each other, just had a look now on my personal travel notes and I confirm Friday the 4th of October we saw them on our way to the early morning walk. Our two armed guides confirmed at my demand that they were the two brothers of disappeared Tank. May be you have already met the two guides, Sydney is a strong man and confirmed senior guide, Shorty is a small woman guide as well and called so by Sydney 😄. Hope now you'll be soon lucky to see the two cats together 🤞... and let us known ! I have already noted your contact and let's keep in touch. 👋 JP

So nice to have you back. Missed your videos. Ok here’s some things I’ve heard bout the lions. Zaza was seen way out of territory with two lionesses. There’s either a video clips or photos. I can’t remember. There’s a report that Splitnose and Blondie were recently seen together. There’s no update on the HP Pride since they were relocated. Praying they were relocated back to their natal land. That’s bout all I know. Man, that Mpondo male is gorgeous. So glad to have you back Christof. Hope you have a wonderful rest of the week 💜🦁

It was great to publish some content again Rachelle:) missed you guys I’m not surprised that Zaza is exploring. makes me think back on the Birmingham breakaway boys. Good to know and thanks for the update. Wow. They are together again🫢crazy, hope there are images somewhere if you know of something. Also haven’t heard anything on the Hp pride and that’s very unfortunate. Luckily I’m getting regular updates from the guides so let’s hope something pops up. Good to be back until next time my friend, have a great week further.

@@cs-wildcamHey Christof. Just wanted to let you know a new video just came out and Splitnose has been found. He’s been deep in HP territory. I just don’t understand why him and Blondie are separated. Why is Blondie with ZaZa?? Definitely odd. Anyways, just wanted to let you know. Have a great weekend 💜🦁

Everyone is right Christof.....you've been missed !! I'll be the outcast and ask about elephant instead of the lions....shot in the dark here but I'm willing to bet in all your years of guiding you've seen an elephant give birth. Yes? No? If so, where? The random videos I've seen truly amaze me....the bond of the herd protecting the mother while giving birth and the excitement they show afterward makes me emotional. Again....welcome back....pass on my greetings to Sakkie as well. Peace out man. M

M! My friend thank you it was good to publish something again. Almost at 50 eps now🎉 I’ve seen a newborn calf about 30 min after it was born in the Manyelethi long time ago but never a live birth, not yet🤞🏻 check out my other wildlife album for that sighting ‘new born elephant calf’ was truly special to observe Sakkie says hi with a humming rev 😂🚙 Cheers my friend and thanks again for the comment!

Hi Christof, Greetings from 1/2 the world away! Hope life treats you, your family & friends well. How is your new job? Many of us surely miss your fabulous videos & the bush reports. On/off, have been checking for your new uploads… Anyway, your lovely wife did respond re: a safari inquiry. I have to realize this goal & am working towards it. Ok, sending warm thoughts, positive vibes, especially hugs & kisses to Dwayne.
