This practice is perfect for those who find backbends difficult. We will first start with some interesting movements for the back, lots of spinal waves and then we will proceed by opening our shoulders, strengthening our core and stretching our hip flexors. This will set a good and healthy basis for further backbends.
This practice will continue with a Camel pose, Bow and a preparation for the Wheel pose. You can repeat this practice as often as it feels good and necessary for your back.
