I have been doing yoga on KZbin for a couple of years, stumbled across your channel searching for a backbend vid. YOU ARE THE MOST GORGEOUS YOGA TEACHER I HAVE EVER SEEN! Not just beautiful but there is something fairy-like about you:) please make more videos for KZbin, or maybe do a QA cuz I sure as hell would like to know you more!(I am a girl btw)

I would have preferred a slower rythme , especially for back bendind which requires a lot of carefulness .. would have loved more tips and explanation on the poses as well. But thank you for your content ! Xx

if you go to the video settings you can change the playback speed to 0.75 so you have a slower pace! makes the audio sound a lil weird but helps a lot

Loved it. Quite fast, but I am going to repeat it so I can flow with your style. Thank you so much for this amazing flexibity yoga that doesn't hurt for once! Very hard to find a smooth back flexibility workout/yoga that is progressive and friendly for non-gimnasts! So thanks!

I love the tempo in this class as it allows me to create a flow-like feeling. Please Sara make more videos like this if possible. And if you Sara or anyone have have any tips where I can find more of these kinds of faster classes I’d be super grateful.

I don't like slow yoga but this one was way too fast. But if you set speed to x0,75 it is perfect.

Thank you for your feedback Anna. Remember that some days we need more dynamic rhythm and some days the opposite. I believe once you take this class one more time, you will know what comes next and flow will become slower. Have a beautiful day and see you in the next one.

The first time I did this I also found it a bit hard to follow along and had to slow down the video, but after many times of repeating it I am able to actually keep up. It is a great way to measure your progress 🙂

I really would have added a camel & plough before attempting wheel ... lower back was definitely not warm enough!!!

I've practiced yoga for over 15 years and I appreciated this video very much. I really enjoyed the speed of it---obviously it's not for beginners but if you've practiced for a while, this is a fantastic video!
