awesome vid. I had a problem with plantar fasciitis I started wear vibram 5 fingers and it went away the 2nd day and hasn't been back. You gotta train your feet to work like feet after wearing all these shoes with big padded heals. It shortens your achilles while forcing you to heal strike and walk on your toes. Vibrams let toes spread like they would if you were walking barefoot. My advice is try vibrams and walk barefoot as much as you can. There are muscles in your foot that make that arch. Wearing orthotics with big soft arch supports makes those muscles relax and weaken. Your foot has muscles you need to train it just like the rest of your body.
