Dear Blackfire, I am fascinated by your skateboards. I can't wait and as soon as I am financially capable I will buy Blackfire G3. I am surprised that there are no reviews on the Polish market and I am convinced that your skateboards would do great on our bicycle paths. So when I have my skateboard, I'm going to do a review of it. Currently, I use scooters from xiaomi, but before that I commuted to work on a koowheel D3M skateboard, but after a year she refused to continue riding. The thought of a new skateboard made me happy. I am counting on further successes and maybe sales also in Poland: D

It's an improvement but, it's still not a functional app. I am unable to connect my Zealot with the app. Maybe backfire could get some help from Exway regarding app support.

I can connect my G3 but this is not a solid app. Looks like MS DOS compared to Windows. Hope it will get better. I link my board to the app and the speedometer does not move, nothing move only my sk8 😂

I cannot connect my two Sealot Z with any of my 2 phones or my GF phone, I tried turning on and off the BLE, and putting 1234 or 0000 while trying to connect the phone with the board normally. There is a lot of people with the same problem as me but backfire is not answer this specific problem, they just say double click on your turbo mode to turn it on.

Hi there. Sorry to hear the inconvenience. This might be related to the App to the specific phone type ( security setting) . We know the App works on Iphones and most of Android phones, but might still have some phone brands with compatible issue . You can not pair the remote with your phone directly use bluetooth ( the pin code is for factory only). If you pair with the remote using the App, there is no pin code needed in the App. Please DM us through social media with more details if this still can not be solved.

Literally my first day getting my board, not even 10 minutes riding it shut down on me and didn’t turn back on until I got to my dorm and plugged it in 30 minutes later, luckily I was going about 10mph. And if ur heavy (about 260+), going 25 mph on turbo mode going uphil, it will shutdown on you, but other than that it’s probably the best Board I’ve ridin

This app will not let me register. It just takes my information (email - password) and does not send me an email and gives me Chinese messages when I try to register even if the app is English. This looks like a scam to me I'm so tired of apps that should be simple and professional but have Chinese messages all over the place and work very badly. I don't why especially in the Eboard industry this is common. Very bad practices.
