This is what happens with my forehand too.I try to hit it too hard, that it doesn't even reach back court.

It took me ten years to understand this. I am really grateful for the tips. I didn't know you can take the shuttle that late for backhand. The other coaches i found online just say take the shuttle early. But in reality, you will always be left behind the shuttle in games. Now my backhand has really improved and i can't say thank you enough.

Not gonna lie, my backhands do improved 2% (lol) since I learned from you Coach Han. Similar to my smashes. All about calmness in our swing. But I do still rushed my shot/swing a lot. It just sometime it happen to be a good swing and the result is very satisfiying at least for me. Also to whoever created this channel. Thank you!
