@@garyrigby21 Not me, when I travel alone and don't know anybody when traveling and when I get to my destination and don't know anybody I have a feeling of rest and relaxation and comfort, when I go places to eat I always sit in the spot away from other people preferably with my back to a wall lol lol the less talk the better, never carry my phone when I go places leave it in the car turned off. I just love the solitude for some reason. Now don't me wrong I like people and never rude of nasty just like the feeling of comfort I get. Women or ladies; oh well what can I say there but addicted!!!!

Shepherds pie is one of my all time favorite foods. My sister introduced me to it and I’ve been in love with it ever since. Portugal has great food! Arroz de Pato and Porco à Alentejana two of my personal favourites! Have lived her for over ten years. Like you Ben am also not a fan of 'salty fish' either 🤣 Do like a good Bifana at lunch time, has to be marinated in the local red wine though! Everything so fresh here. We get our lamb from the Shepard down the road, our chickens are our own, as are our eggs, and the pork comes from down the hill from us (we have just finished eating Tarzan and Ronaldo, yep named, calved up and served up in a nice Feijoada). Nom nom nom. 🥰

HAY FEVER - Hi Ben I just signed in to tell you this so I hope you heed my advice. I also have suffered with bad hay fever all my life, but this year it has practically gone! Only 2 things have changed. I stopped drinking tap water, I only drink spring water, (even in my tea / coffee.) The other thing was drinking stinging nettle tea occasionally. I'm not sure which of those did it but I'm convinced it's one. I wavering on the side of cutting out the (chlorine) tap water.
