Wind River Brewery…our go to place after hiking and backpacking

Enjoying all you videos very much. You are fortunate to get out so much. Sorry about the knuckleheads blowing you out of your campsite the last evening. I guess self-awareness is not a thing with so many people. No shortage of them, sadly. But - carry on and enjoy your trips!

Kudos to Lacey with the big pack and big camera / lens. I've backpacked with that setup myself. It can be a chore. Awesome! Mountain mountain range and lakes! Nicely documented.

Nice photography...sounds very quiet up there! I sympathize about the tent...I had a one-person Nemo a couple years ago, used it for 7 days, packed it up & sent it back for a refund. There was no way it would have stood up to rain, as the rain fly was always sagging down onto the inner tent on one end...couldn't find an adjustment solution & got fed up with it....$300 tent!

The mountain lakes are so beautiful! I could just envision the crowd setting up camp near you, lol!

The issues with crowds occurred with me in the middle of the week last week at Boorn Lakes and then again at Kane Lake in the white cloud. Beautiful area but reminded me of the Alice Toxaway loop in just how crowded both areas would get. Also, folks in Idaho are messy poopers…. There was so much toilet paper and dug-up piles of shit! It’s kind of surprising to see that much disrespect to these areas. I kinda expected it with Alice Toxaway but not in the white cloud. I had my eye on the wind river following Joeys route from 2019 but now your reports have me wanting to avoid that area too… thanks for the video though!

Sorry to hear your trip being cut short. Too many people in those popular areas and no respect. Thanks for sharing. Did Lacey catch any fish?

she did not, hasn't been a very successful mountain lake fishing year so far for her

Question: what did you mean by a smoke-free trip? Also, it sounds like you two feel the same way I do about nature. I just want to hear the sounds of water and wind, birds and trees. Blasting music is opposite of the experience I want to have out there.

I started watching your next video and I think you meant smoke from wildfires.

Walk hard Andrew tell lacy to slow down so you don't get lost.
