Would these filters (especially the flat ambient blue diffusers) work on the MW4300 video light? Light body seems similar. Thanks!

Unfortunately they are not supported for the MW4300

No they are only designed for the Hybrid Flash. Sea&Sea do have a white dome diffuser available for their YS-D3 www.backscatter.com/Sea-Sea-Dome-Diffuser-for-Sea-Sea-YS-D3-Underwater-Strobe
