What I like about the performance is the fact they paid tribute to the older vocal groups. It shows BSB did not want to fall under the boyband stereotype. Their true influences were Boyz II Men, Bee Gees, and the Temptations; groups that had soul.

What’s different about music back then compared to now is that back then it was more vocal heavy, more emotional and soulful. While nowadays it focuses on beats and these technological computer sounds that does not hit the soul. And it sounds very rushed, and it focuses on charts more. In conclusion, music back in the 60s to 90s sounds expensive. 🙌

YA'LL BETTA SANG!!! Especially Nick & AJ lol I remember I saw this when I was a like 9, 10 years and being blown away by their harmonies. Even though I was and am a fan of BSB and N'Sync I would have to say BSB were my favorite. Singing, BSB had it dancing, N'Sync had it. But BSB songs were more relatable to me and a mix and then plus all of their personal struggles like AJ's stints in rehab for addiction and Brian's health problems made them more relatable in my eyes. And also AJ and Howie were my babes especially AJ. He was that no good bad boy that everybody wanted but wasn't supposed to be with lol That was my husband for the longest. And Kevin used to scare me because of his bushy eyebrows and intense eyes but got over it as I got older haha.

One reason the BSB was looked at as just another boyband is they come on the heels of New Kids on the Block. They were linked with them until they showed they could sing and perform. Nsync profited by their hard work with the industry finally accepting and rewarding boybands as true singers and artists. They were rewarded with almost 100 million albums sold worldwide more than Nsync and Justin T. combined. Great performance as usual.

no matter how Nsync does it, it will not be able to achieve or match BSB's achievements as the best boy band of all time, most album sales, awards as the most boy band, Vocal Techniques, Harmony and hits and popular songs...and BSB has 5 strong Vocal strengths complement each other...that's the advantage of BSB that Nsync doesn't have, which only relies on JC,JT only...Moreover, BSB still exists and toured....BSB is the best boy band LEGENDARY and VOCAL GRUP
