As long as the material you pull through the barrel is less hard then steel.... it doesn't matter. You can't damage a steel barrel or soft steel barrel with cloth, brass, or plastic. It doesnt matter which way you pull it through. Now Googone might be a bit harsher than most gun cleaning lubes, but as long as you run a few dry patches of cloth down it to remove the residue, it'll be fine. Looks like that cleaning helped! 👍

@@SavageAirguns Thank you!😃👍 I fully believed that cleaning the way I did made all the difference. I believe where the muzzle chokes down, had excessive lead buildup. Going in the reverse direction removed all of that buildup. I have cleaned in the other direction from the breach to the muzzle, but I have never seen such a dramatic difference in accuracy improvement. With the muzzle hidden because of the plastic in the way, cleaning was made much easier.😃👍

Great shooting. Great tip because a lot of people will tell you not to clean from the muzzle or you'll damage the crown. If your using something that could damage the crown you really should be using it. I have a few guns with baffles I just can't get my weed whacker line to go through due to the curl it has. I guess I need to use a hair straightening iron on it lol. That Goo Gone was recommended a lot on the GTA forums. Especially for Chinese and Turkish made guns. You do want to be careful with Goo Gone. I watched a guy use it to remove a stubborn sticker of a new refrigerator door and he rubbed it down to the bare metal. I wouldn't want to accidently get it on a stock or breech seal for too long. I sure like those area's you shoot at where you can fish and shoot.

@@ADAM-qr7bi The CPHP and other Crosman pellets are very dirty and are lubricated. All of that gunk mixes together and leaves your barrel a mess.
