I have just found Your channel several days ago. And I am really glad. Your sense of humor (as well as Mrs Beard - greetings for her btw.) is brilliant. What is courious is that - as I am a cyclist who needs to control his eating habits during racing season which lasts for almost whole year - your vids are helping my being strict with my diet. I dont really know why. Some sort of subconscious, behavioral satisfaction that you have full control of your body despite seeing tones of food which are smashed by somebody else... strange stuff heh greetings from Poland! Ps. I am also fan of intermittent fasting diet 😎
