Amazing garden if you remove all dead leaf 🍃 the new shoots will do better and the Nutrients of the plants are keeping the dead leaves alive but you just pinch off the dead ones and then the nutrients go to the new shoots and grow big and beautiful and apart from that it all amazing well done x

This is beautiful, a great little hideaway in the garden. You asked about your plants, I think they need a little more fertilizer :) the light green color of leaves and slow growth usally means it needs more nutrition. Thanks for the great inspiration!
@jenni57512 жыл бұрын
Beautiful garden space. A lot of plants don't like daily watering though, it can actually cause slow growth, esp when you're doing container gardening. I would suggest a very light daily watering, or every other day watering for container gardening. We had the same problem with our garden last year and doing it this way this year our results have been great so far!
@mamacitabambi35582 жыл бұрын
Your garden is beautiful! I've always wanted a raised garden, but I don't get enough sun where I'm at. You guys have done a great job with your backyard. Ball Canning Books have some great pickle recipes that I've made. If you have a lot of cucumbers, you could think about that?
@lesaknln87662 жыл бұрын
Hi Kilee love your new garden by the way. And yeah the reason you'r pepper are not growing so well is because the corn n orka are plants that love to suck all the nutrients in there sounding areas.

@trishely48952 жыл бұрын
for watering you should get a grid water set up. A lot of plants do not like to get their leaves wet, it can cause damage and make the plants more prone to illness. For sure tomatoes should only be watered near the base of the plant. I would suggest looking up a master gardener or someone on youtube who has a garden channel in your zone to find out what grows well in your area, the best varieties and times to plant each type of plant. I know that has helped me a whole lot.

You could jar/canning cucumbers for Pickling and give as gifts to family and friends. I hate pickles but other humans love em lol you could probably figure how to make some savory and some into the sweet ones. Keeping in mind this is just me thinking out loud as I watch and have no practical application or advice to give on how to accomplish the task lol . If your other followers with more canning/jarring veggie garden tips go ahead and expand on this post. 🤗

My mom grows chili plants like there is no tomorrow. We live on the west coast and we get dry heat…southern California desert area to be more exact. I am NOT an expert by any means but my mom grows her chili plants with a bit more space between her other plants. She waters them like every other day. And we get so many chilis that she ends up giving them away or drying them for later use. I hope this helps.

I enjoyed this video. I’m in eastern nc and yes this year has been so hot. I would recommend punching off flowers on the smaller plants. They need to concentrate on their roots and leaves early on. Using grass clippings in your beds can sometimes backfire if the grass has ever been treated. Love that bench! The bird bath needs shade I’m not sure if it has that. I made the mistake of putting mine in full sun my first year with one. They like it better in a cool area. That mint is epic! Love the trellis too! What did you plant on it?

When a company sends you a free item in exchange for showing it and/or talking about it on your channel, that you’ll s a sponsorship. Just be careful regarding disclosures because I know KZbin is cracking down on that type of thing.

I made it clear it was gifted! That’s all they ask. If it’s sponsored I was paid for it, if it’s gifted it was gifted and I make sure to be clear! I’m an open book when it comes to these things i assure you.

You have too many plants planted too close together especially the pumpkin and peas they need space
@KileeRainbow2 жыл бұрын
The peas are dead to be honest. And the pumpkins shouldn’t be to big until after a lot of these plants are finished, they’re also tiny pumpkins, not big so I might try to put them up a trellis! From what I have read you can put things a lot closer together in a raised garden!
