This video looks at the Boston Celtics and how they just got even scarier with Payton Pritchard being a stud and their superstars playing with a chip on their shoulder

They are pretty set with those 2 and cheap vets or rookies off the bench. Tho they do need a solid back up c.....horford scares me at this age to be relied on ad heavily ad I think they will have to rely on him with prozingis injury history. Kornetts fine in the regular season tho not gonna work for them in the playoffs if they gotta play him a ton.

I said it last season and nobody believed me so i am saying it again, you can come back to this comment. If you rank all the NBA teams Boston would be the only S tier team. There is still a gap, no little one either, from them to the 2nd best team in the league. They literally still looked like the best team in the NBA without KP an all star btw. You have guys like Pritchard who can easily go for 30 if given the chance and i don't even bother mention the rest of the other good bench players. People gonna be really shocked (for no reason), when the Celtics are gonna run through the east again and if the west is underperforming again they winning the NBA finals comfortably just like last season.

All facts - the media and casual fans in general get caught up in big names and don’t understand the chemistry that has been built over almost a decade. No other team has a roster that has been through the up and downs like these Celtics. They play as one without any alternative agendas. There are no egos. They are going to be even scarier and that is just ridiculous to say given the historic run last year

PP is a beast. What I love most about him is the dude is totally fearless with his shot. The defense has to get a body on him as soon as he crosses half ort, because PP is like "you're giving me the open 35 footer? Fine, I'll take it and I'll drill it." You kinda blipped over Kornet. I love Q, but I think Mazzula trusts Kornet more, and so far he looks really good and comfortable out there. I think he's gonna get the bulk of those KP minutes.

I feel like they'd be opting to start with X at 5 this coming season with how much faith they have in him. Al speaks highly of him in his interview and he's fit well into the system. I won't be surprised if Al comes off the bench to give way to Tillman.

Boston blew out the competition in last season's playoffs. It wasn't even close. Then they added Lonnie Walker. Whoever assembled this powerhouse team should win GM of the year. The question everyone should be asking is: Which team is playing for second place?

PP is one of those guys that just plays bigger than his height. When we drafted him, I said that he had the potential to be an VanVleet type of player for Boston. I feel like that's pretty much coming into being, with Pritchard turning into a guy that can threaten you with a 15-20 point night. For a guy coming off the bench, that is crazy good. It's one thing to game plan for an opponent's stars (and Boston has quite a few of those), but it's almost impossible to game prep for a bench player dropping 15-20 on you.

El Horford's greatest asset isn't his athletic ability, although he still has plenty of that left in the tank, it's his IQ & unselfishness. It's probable he's the smartest ball player in the league.

The best thing he did in his career was become a good three point shooter, he would shoot it here and there in Atlanta but when he was shooting a good percentage from a somewhat high clip, extended his career
