Those 2 lines you mentioned under the inlet plenum are for the factory boost controller solenoid

Yeah I've been doing research about it all. Considering I'm running external gate I assume I don't need them. However there is a factory pipe assembly that bolts to the underside of the plenum and some of the lines on that are vacuum and go to twin turbos. I have a line from the balance tube to the factory fuel reg attached. As they are in this video is still how they are now and I'm not sure if they will affect idle control when I start the car :/
