I like the way you did this video - not hanging too long on your prep work. Just enough time for each segment so people know what to do. Very well done. And a yummy recipe!! Awesome!! (Maybe add a bit of diced bell pepper?)

Bacon, cheeseburger pie. Looks delicious. Could sprinkle some chopped . Up lettuce on top. Thanks for sharing your recipe. You and your son have a great evening.

Looks good & yummy...if you would like a mexican variation try putting a taco packet in the meat and add a little bit of corn, & some salsa instead of the tomato slices. That's delicious, too!

I made bacon cheeseburger pizza for my son and I for dinner tonight. Topped it with pickle slices and diced tomato when it came out of the oven. Delicious! Will have to make this recipe soon!

Let me share a trick I learned a few years ago. The best way to break up your ground beef is with an old-fashioned wavy wire potato masher. You get nice even crumbles with a lot less effort. Not good in non-stick pans, though.

Great recipe! I mixed the hamburger meat with american cheese and Worcestershire sauce , put onions, bacon, tomatoes, dill pickle relish, and more american cheese on top lol. Then I made a thousand island dressing with kectchup, mayo, dill pickle relish, and a little lemon and smothered that on top after it was done! it was outstanding! Thanks for the recipe!
@johnrossman667911 жыл бұрын
I made something similar using a recipe from Bisquick. I also hate onions so I didn't use them or tomatoes. I browned the ground beef in a pan. Mix the Bisquick with milk. Put the meat into a pie pan, put in whatever you want. I used cheese and broccoli. I then poured the Bisquick mix into the pan over the meat and then baked it for about 45 minutes at 350. Bacon would have been a great addition :)

That looks good and it seems you made the crust just right. I would of seasoned the meat with mustard and ketchup and maybe a little Worchester sauce.
@SWRadioConcepts10 жыл бұрын
Looks interesting and I'll probably Try this. Only thing is I would add some seasoning to the ground beef! Unless I missed something? I would certainly add salt, pepper and some onion and/or garlic powder. Great video. I'd probably add some ketchup or maybe ketchup/mayonnaise mixture on the side. Maybe some mustard as well.

This looks great,. I will try it with small can green chili's, for flavor, [not hot], less meat., but ground turkey. Mix with cooked meat. Yum. And thanks to you and your boy.

I'd really like to try this but is there a written recipe to follow? I don't need all of the instructions but how about just the amounts and temp and cooking time for the oven? (Not being picky, just don't want to watch the vid everytime I want to make this) Looks great

I make something similar to this except I add liquid smoke and Worsheir sauce to the meat. I also add grilled onions amd bacon then I squirt mustard and ketchup on the top, layer with kosher dill pickles and tomatoes. Smother with sharp cheddar and bake. Its fantastic!

That's a helluva lot of meat. Haha. Not necessarily a bad thing though, is it?...and you can never have too much cheese or grilled onion now, can ya? Looks good indeed. A thought came into my head to add a bit of green chiles and salsa...Interesting idea to stick the skillet into the oven. Great kid you've got there. Real food for real people. It's a good thing you're doing. Keep it up.
