Hi. I bake a bit myself but I have never used Baker’s Joy. My favorite “go to” for greasing my cake pans is good old Crisco. I’ve found that that works best for me. I have never had a cake to stick to the pan when I use Crisco so I always keep some on hand. I don’t bake as much now because I’m a diabetic but when I do, I mostly use almond and coconut flour to create lower carb cakes and baked goods. Most of the recipes suggest that you use coconut oil to oil your pan but I found that to make your cakes stick. So I use Crisco with the almond flour and so far have not had a cake stick to the pan (though almond flour is a little different to work with).

Like I said in the comments of your pecan video, maple and bacon is my brother's favorite flavor combo. When we were kids, we grew up on a street that had a bakery on the corner. When my brother and I used to go there, he almost always got a maple bacon doughnut. I tried one before and I liked it, but my brother just absolutely loved them.
