Bacon wrapped crab stuffed shrimp| Smoked Shrimp recipe

Awesome cooking.. next time try my recipe for stuffing..Stale French bread,chicken broth,fine chopped cilantro,chopped black olives,chopped white onion, crab meat.. same for Turkey stuffing except no crab 4 boneless skinless chicken breast and 2 sticks of linguica both put through meat grinder..

Did the shrimp come deveined? If not that's why they usually cut the outside.

Mine were deveined. If they were not I would have cut from that side just to remove the vein and slit the top like I did here. It helped to hold the stuffing that way being wrapped with bacon. If I do not wrap with bacon I would butterfly on the vein side. Did you know they have a little tool to devein shrimp? I saw one the other day and thought it was cool. Thanks for watching.
