Hey Tim, we got that air fryer from QVC. I put a link to it in the description box for you, but they are currently sold out of them. You clean out the basket drawer with warm soap and water just like you would a non-stick pan. Cleans up real easy! Thanks brother!

You know what's gonna be ironic? After almost 400 bbq videos, you are going to break the 50K sub mark with an Air fryer video. LOL. Somebody else had one of those (I think it was Daryl) and I had the same reaction to both videos. I was very skeptical about meat in a air cooker and then really impressed with the crust that puts on it. Looks like a fun toy for an easy quick cook. We have a NuWave oven we use all the time and you can't beat those types of things for convenience. BTW, we ended up booking a hotel closer to your place. Look forward to seeing you guys soon.

Hey Big John, If Karen were cooking the steak, it would have turned out perfectly medium. Since I kept fiddling around with the tray, the steak overcooked a bit, but it was still juicy and tender. Tell me that you didn't cringe just a little as you tried to cram that expensive piece of meat into the blow dryer. It looks convenient, though. I have even thought about getting one.
