Nice, doing some tonight with cream cheese, parmesan cheese, ripped baby spinach and chives then wrapped in bacon weave. Your chicken looked awesome!

What a great recipe and an excellent instructional video. I'll add something for the beginners like myself - 12" wide plastic wrap will not work. Don't even try, I found out the hard way. Get the 18" wide stuff, which was surprisingly hard to find at the store. Finally found it at Smart & Final otherwise I would have had to order it online.

How salty is that rub? You already have the salt from the bacon. Have you ever tried using the rub on the chicken before wrapping it with the bacon weave?
