I made these tonight with New York strip (it was on sale) and they were awesome. Also, I had mine with steak sauce instead of blue cheese. These videos are awesome, and I always look forward to seeing new recipes. Thanks guys!

Killer recipe Chef! Will have to make for the NYE party. Might I suggest using a melon baller to scoop out the insides of the mushrooms - it's a sweet technique that makes quick work of the task!!!

I've been using the video on the "Tasty" page....I've had a skillet for a while now and it's still going solid as for staying seasoned and not rusting. Will be doing the same to my Wok I got for Christmas

Dang those look good. I like the blue cheese recipe. I make my own too, but I normally add a dash of Worcester sauce. ..... Also you're crazy flipping those by hand 😆

Hey Tom! I missed the step when you incorporated the rib eye chucks. I didn't see steak pieces in the mushroom filling while you were mixing in the 85% PAIN. So, when did you do that step? Looks great! I'm a big fan of all those items you used to make it. Thanks!

hmm im thinking keep the sirloin whole and serve with a few mushroom caps filled with spinach cream cheese(add some jalapeno to spice up) and then top them with a folded slice of bacon. could be a nice meal.

Hey chef such a nice recipe will give it a try. Just wondering if you have a way forward for a picanha cut (Brazilian cut) that is usually fully grilled but would be nice to have a smoked version. Cheers DavidC

I wonder if you could use some uncooked pasta as a skewer that would hold the bacon on, get cooked and would provide nearly nothing flavor wise but also just kind of disappear when it was ready to be eaten?

We tried it that way in our first test and it had great flavor but the filling needed to be creamier, so we went with the dressing and cream cheese in the filling. Thanks for watching!
