@kuba, that's selfish - if you really want to be a better cook than him then learn and experiment and put it in the effort yourself. For me - I appreciate Chef Bruno sharing his knowledge. That's how we can rise the bar instead of holding down everyone because we are afraid of competition. If you're afraid of competition, you're a leech and will only bring humanity down. Aspire for something higher - that's how EXCELLENCE is born. Don't have a loser communistic mindset and act like a victim of life and expect to be excellent by holding everyone down.

I made this for Christmas this year and it was delicious. The gravy from the meat juices was on point. Small struggles I had: thought I bought tenderloins the size that the recipe required, but instead the package had two small tenderloins. I opted to halve the recipe due to this mishap and it worked out great. Also, I think I'll use a tad less wine to deglaze the pan as I couldn't cook down to dry with 250g. Happy cooking everyone!

Easy trick...just wrap a couple of slices of bacon over the ends before the full bacon wrap and you won't need the aluminum foil cheat.

Love you Bruno, I might add Tkellers method of doing turkey roulade (or any roulade) also works great. Poach it in double wrapped cling film tied on ends. Then ice bath so everything sets. To finish just pan sear and finish in oven. Maybe people would prefer this as it can be basically done ahead of time. Your channel is my favorite in KZbin!

Can you teach how to make homemade bacon, in Taiwan, we don't have too much choice…the bacon on the market taste not quite good(and really thin)
