Thing is the girl feels like she is some monster, so she was portrayed as this gross monster, just because she sees herself as a gross monster. It also makes a lot of since when you think about it, and when she so called "contaminated" the other girls they turned into monsters, or hence felt like they where. Of course this is my own opinion of how I personally think about the song and it's music video. I know everyone is entitled to their own opinion, I just wanted to put mine out there.

While she was bullied, She begun seeing herself as a bacteria, Hence why she looks like that in the MV. This one girl decided to help her, And Miku "Infected" her, Meaning that because the girl helped her, The girl was also getting bullied. Hearing these people say so many bad things about her hurt her, And Miku ended up taking her own life. The song is actually pretty sad, And Deino333 did an excellent job on the song and the Video.

(I know this is late) Here is an explanation: Okay so Miku is getting bullied, and the term 'Bacteria' in this song, it means it's bullying. Then she meets a kind girl who helps her, but to make her self feel better, she 'contaminated' that's girl which means she bullied her. And eventually people get 'contaminated' and in the end it is back to just her being alone and bullied, then Miku has enough of everything, and she eventually kills herself.
