Meecy Griffin. I’ve gone to KFC here where I live about 5 times. Yesterday was the 5th time. The first 4 times they had attitudes and messed up my order. I hadn’t been in months and gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they’ve gotten better or there’s new staff. I went there yesterday same girl at the drive thru with the attitude. I finally get my meal and don’t check because once again I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt. I go home and eat and I’m like for once they finally got my order right. I go to drink my drink and I’m like I knew it was too good to be true. Gave me the wrong drink. I’m tired of horrible fast food stories. They have attitudes and demand more pay. First how about you start by getting the order correctly. Geez.

Exactly. I work on at McDonald's and I have seen attitude so terrible. I get good feedback bc my personality. No matter how tired or frustrated I was. I dont take it out on customers

Cindy Williams Look...I just ordered at a Subway drive thru. I was behind two people for 15 minutes waiting for them to take my order. Someone was behind me so I couldn't back out. Finally got to the speaker, boom. She says "Im so sorry wait one moment." I waited another 5 minutes. I said "ohh my God..." I got my sub and there was nothing on it. I mean 2 leaves on spinach. Like 8 shreds of lettuce and 2 tomato slices on a 12 inch. I called and no manager was available. Piiissseed.

You can see a group in your queue complaining about how long they've been waiting in that queue. I work fast food, But I also buy a LOT of fast food too. It's not just the employee's who can be monsters but the customers as well. I get some people have a bad day. But really Your working a customer oriented service you have to be Curtis and willing to help the customers. At least that's what I get paid for. I used to wait tables, and I know customers can be quite rude. You end up having to deal with the rude person for their entire dining experience. Sometimes you just have to regroup, because the next customer does not deserve the attitude from you. You don’t want to continue the poison. It’s difficult I know.

Yessssss!!!!! I am always very nice when I go through a drive thru or am checking out at the grocery store because I know the job is tough,I have been there so trust me I get it! However,more often then not I am biting my tongue through my smile because of the attitude I am receiving from the the person taking my order or cashing me out. I just bite my tongue so I don’t lay hands on them......and not to pray either!

Two words: eyeballs floating. Bc people keep coming and you had to pee an hour ago. You think you finally got 2 minutes to go and here you come trying to be all cute in the drive thru. Thats why they dont wanna take your order bc they need to go potty before they get a bladder infection. Thats why they mad that you there. Why couldnt you wait just a few more minutes before pulling up and then ask 50 questions while they standing their with their legs crossed. Thats why they are mad at you. But if they told you to hold please, and it seemed too long, you wouldnt be happy either. Yelling, driving up to the window, whatever else. It boils down to fastfood isnt designed to have the employees best interest in mind, just the customers. Pooh on the minimum wage employees. Dont get an actually clock out break. Eat when you can, bathroom when you can...... if you even get the chance. Bc the customer comes first, the customer is always right...... if they could get better jobs and didnt need this job, they wouldnt be there. So, sometimes you get attitude bv they are hangry after serving a two hour rush and then you come along as their food is coming off the line finally. Sitting there waiting on them with their tummy eating their backbone. But, you gotta get your number 5 right then and make it snappy. Well, you got snappy all right. Snapped at. Bc again, fast food isnt designed with the employee in mind. And thats why they want $15 minimum wage to put up with all that mess and having to be treated lesser than from the time they clock in to the time they clock out.
