Bad CE4 Clearomizer - not Vaping

Demonstrating NON working CE4 ClearoMizer / Cleartomizer / Stardust.
Using Multimeter .

CE4's are disposable after X amount of tanks of liquid, cleanings, amount of time vaped. Get a CE5 where you can simply replace the coil head for about $2 per, AND it makes cleaning them easier since you can take them completely apart.

Think the problem with CE4's is if look inside where the wick is joined together by a little piece of wire & plastic, they just burn out in a short amount of time. New to vaping my self I bought a Vivid started it had a CE4 and just won't work after a clean.

Bad internal solder joint. If the tank worked at one point, it may have been run too hot. I find the CE4 works best around 3.7V. 3.8V gets a noticeably better vape, but it cut a week off the tank's lifespan. I typically get 2-3 weeks out of 'em at 3.7V, though I understand that's entirely subjective.

Hi guys, this happen on my new ego. After unsucessfully trying to open the whole thing, I use a pin (or anything small like a toothpick) & basically pulled down the 'inner metal tube' at the bottom of the clearomizer. It works. Apparently the tube was pushed up until it doesn't connect to the battery when you screw it in. Hope it works for you guys.

vI Uprising Is it stuck? Maybe you can use a small pliers or tweezers to do it?

I used tweezers and its just stuck but it don't matter getting a new vape and its not a crap ego moving onto mods now haha I don't smoke vapes to quit smoking I use it for an hobby

sometimes the coil needs to be replaced or rebuilt, I have rebuilt my coil 5 times already and still using the original clearomizer. you need 32 guage steal wire and clean cotton for the wick. it works great for me. also look on youtube for rebuilding ce4 clearomizer

If there is no continuity it means the coil is burned

probably cracked plastic. try glue on the screw

no basically. the thread inside it has 2 connector to the battery + and - these ovbz need to be connected to the battery. thay are not thats way it dont work.... u need to open it up and reconnect it

a. add more juice b. clean connestions on both parts c. get a vivi nova lol

look for repair clips . you need to open and make new heating coil . if u don't have correct material the result can be not good enough, i think best is just buy another , or 3 for 10$ (or so)

to me it looks like the juice in it has dried up. try cleaning it and filling it up with some fresh juice.

this is happening to me... every day... completely stops firing with brand new ones... Easy to say just buy a new one....!!! a new one daily!!!! i continue to hunt for cause and resolution.. This vid didn't tell me anything new... yes is dead i know that already....

I know this video was so unhelpful. I run into the same problems with mine, one sec it will be hitting great then i go for a second puff and it wont even pull. like it's 100% dead. Wish there were helpful tricks out there to get it working.
