For those who don't understand, Reviving is part of the medic class. On conquest or rush, reviving allows you to save tickets and prolong your team's effort on offense. You lose tickets by dying. If you get revived (within a certain period), that ticket is given back. The person who died and got revived still receives a death, though. The killer still receives a kill. On squad DM, it is pointless to revive because you can respawn on teammates with full ammo. It is quite annoying as you see.

@GeneralOffensive I know that, but having a perk that have no counter at all is a problem for at least. I mean, the armor vest should decline the weapon damage boost magnum provides, but it's useless since most of the time I don't see a difference at all. And no, i'm not standing in the open trying to test things out.

@TakaMaru777 Really? You'd think that armor vest would cancel out the magnum ammo effect, but it doesn't. While you have extra 25% of health it doesn't make any difference if your opponent is using magnum since he just can shoot while you die, while armor vest is passive. It's just sad that 98% of all games I've played, I only see Magnum ammo equipped. Even on powerful guns.

@MrAnthonyDraft And because everyone uses it you have to use it too to stand a chance in one on one. Almost all LMGs and SMGs are way too weak without magnum. What I think is more strange that so many people still use Tracer Darts. The AT4 or CG with good leading are way more effective and could only be countered by skill, not by just doing a right click. And tanks are to damn slow and easy to hit, it's a shame to use tracers on them.
