I almost feel bad, either they were thrown into it by their parents, by the school for bad behavior, or just needed an extra class to help make it through the year. I only did two years, would’ve done three but Covid hit and made it impossible for me to join, it was my senior year too, a damn shame. I actually enjoyed it, might do the actual military soon, who knows.

Bad bearing. No snap and pop. Confused about drill movements. Flight Sgt is as bad as the people hes commanding. Uniforms are poor. Mix match uniform. Salutes are bad. Knowledge is horrible. Dont sound off loud. Reports in with Sir at beginning and end. Bad attention to details. I am disappointed.

If you think this is sad you should go to Canyon High School there AFJROTC is Sad. You have cadets who don't know the Cadet Creed, It's the end of the year and my flight still can't drill, my flight commander has no control over the class, and to make matters worse!!! The Instructors are being recognized for doing a "fantastic". My flight is always loud and they act like animals and it's amazing how the Lt Col and Msgt can just sit through it. That's sad because that means they have gotten use to the cadets acting like animals for so long. You Should go to San Marcos High School for a better AFJROTC! NOW THEY DESERVE AN AWARD!!!!!

I was not in AFJROTC, I was in the Civil Air Patrol as a cadet as a member of the color guard and this cadet Flight Sgt was not trained properly or he didn’t care, my cadet commander was in AFJROTC and if this happened we would be holding training M1 Garland rifles out in front of us, I was also a Flight Sgt as well.

I'm in AFJROTC been in it for about a month now I have experience cuz I went to a camp or CLC cadet leadership camp and I know for a fact Ive and do way better then them. Not only the they are messing up there left and right their bearing sucks the flight sgt doesn't know how to give commands correctly either. I have to correct my class sometimes cuz I'm there flight commander. Also an events manager, a apprentice color guard commander, and I was told I should interview for an officer position and become 2nd Lt. One more thing to add to all of this and I'm a sophomore in highschool.

Im a sophomore first year cadet in Usmc Jrotc and i can tell that was just complete trash. 🤦‍♂️ Bearing is awful half of them didnt step off on the right foot the Flight commander has poor bearing and bob discipline half of them were smiling at parade rest and attention The flight commander didn’t know how to salute just trash but it’s the Air Force so what did we expect? All i can say is that they Need to straighten up because their performance go towards their grade as a whole unit.🤦‍♂️

There is no fear in the Flight and their Uniforms are a mess and laughing from the Flight.Totally unacceptable. I was ordered to 1 full hour of planks for having lint on my Uniform. No matter the experience of anybody inside of the JROTC programs or out, this is very obviously a poor performance. There is poor bearing, poor sound off, poor command presence from the commander, poor drill knowledge, poor listening from the flight, blatant disrespect for the drill sergeant and much more. This is beyond disappointing, even if first year cadets should be given some slack.

There are certain uniform combinations that are worn. For what ever reason some are wearing combo 1 (coat, tie or rie tab, completely buttoned shirt, ect.) While others are wearing combo 3 (no coat, no tie or tie tab, first button undone, ect.) I don't know what the t-shirts in the back are wearing.
