mm.. this is a really cool and well-made map! the au seems well made, and it makes me think of a sort of a sequel for an alternate ending for spottefleaf's heart if she chooses to stay in the dark forest. i know that book was very negatively seen because it talks about very serious topics but it would be this au like a puzzle piece for me. again great map, concept, and au! everyone did amazing!

I really love this map the Smoke And Mirrors Map is used to be my big favorite , but this map just passed it a bit. ^^ I love the music, really brings ba k LPS Popular memories, and all the animators did an amzing job on this project! Though I just want to say there was one part I couldn't really tell what it was because of that editing to make the screen move a bit. But I still loved it! :D

The relationship always felt a bit off to me. I mean when they meet, Spottedleaf is a fully fledged medicine cat (which takes a VERY long time to become), and Firestar is still an apprentice. Before you talk about Thornclaw and Blossomfall, they were/are well-developed, self-aware ADULTS, where as Spottedleaf is an adult and Firepaw is what? A teenager? Thought Spottedleaf would have some experience in extreme age-gap relationships, but I guess not.

I didn't remember Fireheart wishing he had the time (in his life, in book: "Into the Wild") to tell Spottedleaf how he felt about her. They really weren't mates then.

Honestly, I hate the evil Spottedleaf au but I like the maps and amvs. The only reason I hate it is because when Firestar receives his nine lives, Spottedleaf says "With this life I give you love." and talks about him giving Sandstorm the love she is giving him in this life.
