I'm from Canada. What is your advice? Same here being bullied, mobbed, gaslighting, harassed at the hospital for over 12 years. I've happened to be the top worker for 38 years and have never been suspended. These bullies are jealous and miserable people. Union, manager, HR and the police are all totally useless. Bullies are lazy bums and stupid managers are scared of the bullies. They say about me I'm crazy, I drink, I'm a stalker all bs defamation of character. The biggest mistake since they removed disciplinary measures. They should arrest the bullies and fire the manager. Action speaks louder than nasty words. It destroyed my reputation. I will never quit to make these lazy bums ever win. If I decide to transfer to another hospital and may start gaslighting, smearing and bullying me once again, I don't know all the new managers etc. like in every department like now. So best to not change hospitals. I will never let bullies try to control me from quitting. Just don't react and not try to defend yourself which will only go back and forth making me look even more guilty. Action always speaks louder than words. Just best ignore them and find another easier target. Never let these low life lazy bums win ever win.

I ended in tears due to the way she spoke to me and the full feeling I was being ganged up on...and it was her little side kick on the room that had been hitching about me clueless as to how incapable my immediate boss was of doing her job . That same person was I think narrassit and a terrible boss as she could not see by her own nose. Each time every Xmas eve o was put on early shift where I was working with her I treated it. I would be on early shift and she would come in later...I was due to finish at 3pm and her later but each time I went to leave even after my time she would go in huff I think she expected me to finish at the same time as her even although I had been in earlier than her by 3 hours ! It was always the person that strated at 6am finished 3pm and the person stared 9am worked till 5pm or earlier I don'know what part of this she did not understand...it was Xmas eve and she was my boss and my partner at the time had to wait a hour or more as she made me feel so bad for wanting to leave on time it was ridiculous...my partner at the time has been in and out of hospital having treatment for cancer which she knew and I had to keep him waiting outside. Hated her with a passion . Not only that as a manager she was very petty and lacked good people skills she would make you feel bad if you made a mistake she was egotiscal and stupid alot of the ones who worked under her did not see her bad side as she was lovely to them...she just treated me and a few others that way....glad to be out if that place...

I've walked out of plenty of jobs because of corrupt, violent, and deranged managers. The companies prefer to keep them as employees, so I walk. And I've been told many times by other employees that have stayed on at these companies, that they suffered a great deal after I left, because I was the only one there that knew WTF I was doing and how to do it right the first time. Two companies lost several thousands of dollars of business the first month after I walked out. But you know what? THEY DON'T CARE!! None of them have ever given a damn, even when they had entire departments of employees filing complaints on these "managers". Companies DO NOT CARE!

Sure, he is looking to promote me, but a 4% (50 cents a hour) increase in pay and the title hardly compensates the amount of extra work especially I'm already working more than most staff in the department.

@@TaxingIsThieving OK I'll give you my real life example then..... I just quit my employer of 15 years last August 2021. At my last employer for several years I had a group of coworkers and bosses who where consistently and persistently harassing me for not staying at work as late as they where and denying me about half of my vacation requests because according to them it made them "look bad" when I worked faster then them and used my vacation time. They also consistently and persistently harrased me nearly every weekend to work overtime by ringing my phone off the hook on my days off (to cover for my lazy coworkers who wouldn't show up) and/or scheduling me for excessive mandatory overtime I did NOT want because of my health issues. I told them repeatedly that I am to sick to work 6 nights a week but they did not care, they kept scheduling me to work 6 nights a week anyways because they where understaffed. (hence they where showing me no appreciation whatsoever) When I left this abusive employer I was making a little bit over $23 per hour but I found a similar job which is a lot less physicaly demanding that pays $22 per hour but now I'm working the day shift instead of the night shift now and I no longer have to pay dues to that stupid union I was a part of (that basically did nothing for me personally)..... and the funny thing is I've been making more per week with my new employer at $22 per hour instead of the $23 something I made from the job I left and my new employer doesn't call me on my days off or schedule me for mandatory overtime on my days off. So the $1 and change per hour cut I took was worth it to leave all the a-holes I was working with at my last job.

One thing I recall him saying was “it’s not so much what a bad manager does when they are there that causes the most harm but it’s what they leave behind them long after they are gone that will affect a business the most.” He was 100% correct because in nearly the 25 years I have been out of college I have worked for MANY bad managers and had to suffer as a result of all of that crap they left in their wake, most notably from putting people in positions that don’t have a clue. 🙄🙁

Managing has NOTHING to do with liking people. If they're doing a good job they should be told, they should be rewarded, they should be congratulated. Thats what you do if you VALUE them. If you dont show proper gratitude they'll move on to someone who will. They may realize they could do better than you at your job and become an employer. If you find it hard to look through someone else's lens then you shouldnt be a manager. How do you know someone feels valued? They chose to stay with a company/employer that doesnt necessarily pay them as much as they like because they value the staff, the environment, the work more than just a paycheck.

Man you hit every aspect of my current boss. If only i could make her watch this. And she could take it into account. And make changes. Man that would be great.

Wouldn't surprise me if most bosses are the reason for people's addiction, deteriorating health and horrible mental health problems. I am glad the internet exists now to expose all of this

I have 20+ years of experience. I worked my tail off for the past 3 years at a place I loved. My boss retired, and a new ceo with little experience in what I do came in all demanding more work with a small bump in raise. Yeah, I walked. Best decision ever made. 😊

I do not regret watching this, though my cases were more subtle this video will save a lot for me and my team in the future in more extreme cases. This is definitely preventative as well thank you so much.

I guess when you're not interested anymore, you'll find all reasons to quit, suddenly all the bad things are so obvious
