GREAT video by a kick-ass band. Now this is REAL music!! This band reminds me a lot of 'Blue Murder', 'Whitesnake' and 'Silent Rage'! AWESOME band. 1 word - ROCKIN'!! 100/100.

Doug Aldrich mam, probably why David Coverdale hired him to be in whitesnake for many years after he was shredding it up with Dio, Doug is one of those bad ass gun singers who carried the torch man, I love his guitar playing

thrasher1889 I was thinking Blue Murder too. This song is very blue murderish. Silent rage too. I also want to add XTX, Keel, bonfire, and badlands as similar sound.

+thrasher1889 You are right on! Rockin 100 is right! Really amazing music. Kal Swan and Doug Aldrich the best in the world. His voice and the guitar do sound like the bands you mentioned in this song to a good enough extent to mention them. I think Blue Murder is a really good band to bring up and look at who Aldrich joined he joined Whitesnake because David Coverdale knew he could shred like John Sykes. John Sykes is another fantastic guitar player. Thrasher1889 you rock!

Damn good shit! I'll have to check it out. Yep, when this came out Soundgarden and NIrvana was all the rage. "Hardline" was another band that came out at the wrong time. Good music and good musicianship lasts.

This song from 1993 is a plea to end gun violence and we've gotten worse instead of better with all the mass killings it's horrible. Kal Swan and Doug Aldrich were a magical pair and they never hit a wrong note during the course of their career together. I bought the Bad Moon Rising 3 CD set ages ago all of their 3 records are amazing! This is real music with real meaning that is also a big middle finger in the face of grunge garbage!

Anyone know whatever happened to Kal Swan. Seems like he'd be in-demand nowadays. His voice that is. Doug's the MAN. Good stuff here. Cheers.

1993???, at this time grunge was popular and metal was fading away , but alot of bands wanted to still sound like their 80s glory days

I love it, but it sounds a lot (i mean a lot) like Blue Murder's "Sex Child". It's pretty obvious than JS is a big influence for Doug.
