Hi Sir, my wife has completed 2 yr master degree but got 1 year pgwp till July 25 due to passport expiry. She has tier 1 job. I have applied for sOwp extension in Aug 2024 which will get validitytill July 25 . Not got the result yet. My wife applied for paper application. Will my next SOwp extension application comes under this rule?

1. Yes you will come under this rule... 2. Offline Application is a Mistake. Better Submit PGWP Extension Online even if Website says otherwise. We have done this mistake in past to submit PGWP Extension Offline which took 1 year to get approval. 3. Hi. my wife recieved sowp on october 2024 which will be getting expired soon, I have applied for student permit extension for 2nd year pg diploma and received the approval. She will be coming to canada this month and will be applying sowp extension. Will there be any issue in this case?

No as of jan 21 .your wife has to be in teer 1 or 0 for extend ur work permit
