This was the first Tom song I heard back in 2020. Someone shared a link to me and I was intrigued and then watched White Boy. I ended up losing the love of my life and best friend of 25 years in Nov of 2020 and was going through a lot in my life with drugs, no longer working, etc and went into a serious self reflection in December and January and ended up going on a Tom rabbit hole binge January thru June of 2021 and turned my life around. I have been drug free since January 2021.

Madchild actually has a pretty tragic story.... he rose to big fame in the early 90's in a Canadian group called "swollen members"... made millions, won awards.... got into gangs and drugs and lost it all... Came back, did a lot of battle rap, made his money again and still ended up losing it all again.

I have Heard some other reactors Say '' Why is Nova sound the Lowest'' Vocal Wise. An It Must Be Pitch correction to make it that Low. But.... The Way, I see it. Even with the Vocoder on her Voice it's Not as a ''Pitch correction'' Just an effect. And She is a fantastic singer. Its Her Flexing. Cause even for a Guy to Sing/Rap In Around the Second (Especially lower than that) register Like Nova is Doing. Is Tough. For a Female Voice, It's Even Harder to Get her Vocal that Low and stay Consistent with her Pitch. You can Also tell her Tone is Low (Without Auto Tuning) By her Phrasing of some word's. (Also, Nova Has a High Range. which Normally a Male Singing ''Mixed Head'' Voice. Makes it easier to Open the Lower Vocal folds. With a Female Voice, it's a Little Different when they Sing Higher, (Most Females Only have the '' Head Voice '' when singing high Range. ( An Screaming Falsetto ,) Normally Do not have the ''Mixed Chest and Head Vocal'' Its A lot Harder to Hit Lower Pitch's and Have any Power. So, my Point is Nova Is Super Versatile! I feel like, she is Not given enough Credit on her Singing Voice. Yea she Is Great At Rapping. But she is Even Better singing. An For Nova to Be so Down to Earth. ( With all Her TALENT'S... Is Also Incredible)

HELLO. Might or might not know- but this Song is Tom's Jab at the over played saying Nothing, using auto-tune with catchy hook solid Beat, style of song Played on radio. I think he even said in post before video released that since this Sound is what ppl I guess want to Hear then he was going to craft an actual song with real life message behind it with the Same kind of overly Catchy Hook, meaningful lyrics and bouncy Beat. Put out Doooope song and Troll the industry backed Big artists saying Nothing, chart higher than Nearly anyone else. I like the end verse parts Keep it a grand, a bill, and a buck!! Clever wordplay all thru the song Madchild's verse especially.

Kevin Gates did an incredible interview where he went into the details on his depression and where it led him. I would highly recommend watching it if you haven't already. While I'm not the biggest fan of Gate's music the man is very intelligent and down to earth and I can relate alot to the emotions he was going through and the struggle of depression.

Tom does a good job of rapping from others perspective. This is their way of rapping from a main stream (stuck in a contract) rappers perspective if they could say really how they feel. The auto tune is to mimic a main stream thing as well. This isn't how they feel or their life, it's the way rappers stuck in a contract might actually feel if they were allowed to actually say it.
