Dude you’re too kind! If I can point something out on a quick listen and someone finds it informative and/or fun, then I feel like I’m succeeding in this whole reacts thing! So again, thank you! I’ve been playing guitars and drums since elementary school. I played guitar in a decently successful hard rock band in high school. Did a few studio albums. A few years after high school I went an audio engineering school outside of Baltimore. I also built my own recording studio a few years ago but ended up selling that house. Sold most of my equipment except a few guitars and things. Kind of fell out of new music a while back when nothing kept my attention lol. And I swear in the last few months I’ve found these very bands, sleep token, bad omens and a lot singer songwriters with acoustic guitars and I’m falling back in love with music all over again. And I freaking love it! Sorry for the long response lol.

I usually pick up on a lot instrumentally and vocally as I really do listen to every little bit of music, but you even pointed little bits out I missed like the tambourine! So thanks! Iv missed seeing your reactions. KZbin has been a bit of a d!ck lately. Have you listened to any Polyphia? If not I really recommend them, they’re fire! 🔥 they’re all instrumental. 2 guitarists, 1 bassist and 1 drummer although they sometimes have features. Eg vocally they’ve had Lil West, Chino Moreno, Sophie Black and more and they have one with Steve Vai which is awesome too. I suggest these .. Playing God ( my favourite) Ego death (ft Steve Vai) Chimera (ft Lil West) G.O.A.T Bloodbath (ft chino Moreno) Neurotica Reverie ABC (cheesy af 😂 ft Sophie Black) 🖤

@oldstonerun They're a metalcore band in Sweden. Eddie, the vocalist, plays the violin. Sometimes, at the same time as he's singing and screaming. It's truly remarkable. I've heard them jokingly being called "Violincore" 😁. Check them out when you get the chance. 💕
