For average car question, I choose C. Simply bcz average could not be decimal, and you can't sure if A or C cuz you don't know what the question is about exactly. For the next question would be: Do not turn right cuz if you select turn left it means you can turn right if you wish which is a wrong answer. For the second one, my answer would be: D. Explanation: for the lane question, it's literally telling you that you turned left of a street that has two lanes, which means you'll be on a new street but you're on the same lane. It's also telling you you reversed into the left hand of THE right-hand lane which means you're already on the left side of that lane. That's why you can turn left but not right except if the new street allows you to switch sides which requires two steps to be done, The first is to switch to the right lane and then turn right. This means, you're already on the left lane and you can turn left or go straight but you can NEVER go right. The second question I took D which is Decrease your speed before changing of road. Why? A is impossible, B and D are very similar but instructions at D are more clear and general. Regarding C, it's logical to be aware of your road speed but it's you MUST be aware of the next road speed as well. However, if you don't know the next road, C is useless.
