I like the idea of him with Chloe or Kagami. He very much seems like he often takes on a caretaker role, but appreciates a women who can still kick his ass if she wanted to. Chloe or Kagami would benefit from his forgiving and calm nature to offset their personalities, he could teach them to let loose a little, she(either of them) could teach him to stand up for himself more, and they would be able to be there for each other when it comes to the struggle of a distant/unavailable parent

IF they fight, luka has the higher chance of winning if both are given their miraculous. Adrian's power is destruction BUT lukas power is back time travel, so, maybe he might simply find a way and manipulate cat noirs move in a way he'll be defeated.
