Bad things happen when good people do nothing
A new phrase that’s come to me recently and one that I feel frames what we could be doing to improve ourselves as conscious emotionally available beings to each other and to ourselves. Self improvement starts with baby steps, understanding our behaviour to ourselves and how we make others feel. Identifying what’s going on and engaging in mindful activities to help us drop our masks, let go of self limiting beliefs and help move us consciously and tentatively forward into self care, compassion and love.
Hi, my name is Tim and I have some insights and observations around the human condition. I have gathered and implemented many understandings and insights into my own wellness and healing of my body and mind over the past 30+ years. I’ll be talking about wellbeing, mental health, emotional fitness, anxiety, stress, chronic illness and hopefully give you some wellbeing tools so you can begin to implement and experiment and find out what works for you and put yourself on the road to healing through understanding yourself and your consciousness.
