Can you go through the whole process? Like how much you ask from the bank to exchange bills? What do you do with that stack of consolidated bills? If that makes sense

I went through my funds beforehand to see which ones needed to be consolidated. Then I counted them out by hand and totaled out how many 100’s I would need. I went to my bank and pulled the ($2500 I think) out in 100’s and did the bill exchange. Once I was finished, the smaller bills were deposited back in the account I took them from. The $2000 I removed from my sinking funds (that were replaced with a 1k slip) were put into my savings so it’s not bothered.

do you or have you ever worked as a bank teller/cashier/or bookkeeper...'cause you are so smooth counting out those bills. love it! dumb question...where are you pulling these big bills from to do a cash exchange? is it from a reserve you have in your chequing account that you just replace afterward?

When you put this money back into your account do you have separate accounts for each one for example your emergency fund being underneath one account like do you have like a 360° account where you have multiple accounts so that way you can keep the money separate while it’s in the bank thank you so much for answering I’m brand new to budgeting and still kind of lost a little bit how I’m going to put mine together
