The dialogue at 20:49 and the translation of Mother is coming is correct. Since in India we believe in reincarnation, it is usual to say when a child is born that he/she is the reincarted form of dead Grandparents or dead father/mother of couple . The story started when KGF gold mines were found in 1951 when Rocky was born. Chapter 2 ended with KGF getting destroyed by the missiles and Rocky being killed by the same missiles. The euphoria in the theatres in India when they revealed "KGF Chapter 3" was out of this world. I think Chapter 3 would be the story somewhere in between the other chapters.
