Not showing the advanced stats on jumpshots or badges makes 2K more money. If they did this people would only make 1-2 builds, because they would know exactly the stat thresholds they want to maximize their badge boosts. By not showing this info to the player base, people mess up and make (somewhat) useless builds. What do you think happens next? That player will make another build and potentially spend money on VC. It becomes a snowball effect where some players will make 4-5 builds until they finally get the perfect one for their play style.
