Yes it is! It's actually even still coal fired. It is the last coal fired passenger ship on the Great Lakes. It is an active ferry that carries passengers, cars and large trucks across Lake Michigan.

That's the Badger's sister ship, the S.S. Spartan. It's been laid up there since 1979. It currently supplies parts to the Badger.

There are two whistles, one is steam and one is air

At about :48....it appears that both whistles are being blown simultanwously. Captain Hobbs used to do this from time to time. (It would take two people to do this.)
