Just perfect way of explains a recipe. Thanks to both of you. Wanted to add one incident about Thamu sir. I met him once in Hartham restaurant, situated on GST highway. I could resit myself from talking to him. To my pleasant surprise, he was so down to earth and simple .....talked to me for 5 minutes. No sign of' celebrity ' showy talks. He made his driver sit with him when he had the breakfast! Hats off to you, sir. The same feeling I had when I met chef Vankatesh Bhat at Hotel Accord too.,👃👃👃👃👃

Yesterday I made badusha. It came out well. Only sugar syrup got crystallized. Otherwise texture was good. Thank you sir. I make gulab jamun as you have mentioned in your book. That's my all time favorite. Thank you so much sir. Happy Sunday
