Touch letters. You have to get to a road sign, billboard, store display, pavement marking with text, helipad, an NPC wearing a shirt with words etc. The character should physically touch the letters.

You can do it in the top down games. They are 3D as well. It's just a camera perspective, your character can go under and over buildings. Towards and further from the camera. It's just that in the top down games, the buildings cap off at 5 floors high, so pick any building with a top floor access (Likely in the Vice City Map.) Or in GTA 2 use a rocket launcher to blast yourself even higher up than that.

Damn. I was about to comment the same thing 😅 Also, as far as I remember LCS does not have a love interest. So, Maria could be used there instead of Toshiko, because her missions can be unlocked faster (if I remember it correctly). And I think that Michelle in GTA 4 should be counted for this challenge. Not sure about Ashley though, since I don't remember her making a physical appearance in the game as an NPC (correct me if I am wrong, it's been quite some time since I played TLAD). Also, for TBOGT it can be that ex of Luis who, in her 2nd mission, falls off from a height at Pier 45. Also, I just checked GTA WIki and it says that Luis can make GFs by dancing with girls in bar. So, if that counts, this method is much faster for Luis :)
