when you get tilted, its best just to try to keep the rallies going to rebuild your mindset or you gotta keep thinking of how you messed up. I always try to mix it up when i get tilted and it helps me.

@@imnotlain5915 I really fail to understand.. branded rackets, branded shirts, branded shoes... and plastic shuttles?? is it a supply issue? or funding issue? i understand that plastic shuttles lasts forever but this is ridiculous, especially more so for a tournament.

@@mystedavid It could be a supply thing, since mass purchasing plastic shuttles are cheaper than buying a ton of feather shuttles. the rich schools near me use plastic shuttles too though.
