When to take the right leg and play backhand defence .. please let me know . As for backhand defence you are using left leg.. when to use right leg..

Start loose and then tighten up on impact👍🏻

Such an important technique on smash defense especially how to stand and stretch to each side which isn't really explained elsewhere that I've found. So to cover the most ground quickly sideways you use the opposite legs to push right Thomas? Thanks again for your great easy to understand tutorials

Do we need to change the grip from forehand to bevel grip when smash comes alternatively on forehand and backhand sides. Or we can pickup the smash on backhand side with forehand grip only. Can you please tell as i am a beginner
