There is one thing that i want to share.there are no doubts that anna is a great coach but her metaphors and detailed explanation takes her to a god level.indeed,i used to struggle with basic smash but luckily i hit this video thumbnail.i used to tighten my grip very soon as well and i couldn't get through and make a good shot. Her special reinforcement on loose grip proved to be very useful.i m glad to be able to watch this.thanks.

Good videos however I feel that there needs to be a part 4 which covers the foot switch, like you say the spiders underneath and you use that energy but then you fail to mention the switch in feet which helps generate a lot of power and sets us back on path to get back into position for the next shot. Also a demonstration at the end would have been nice. Overall good job 😊

sudesh bhar u first try to hit the shuttle into the court first with the smash! Don't worry about the pace... first practise sending the shuttle to opponents court to the desired places( corner preferred) then try to gradually increase the speed of the shot!! Worked good for me!

You failed to point out why someones' smash drags the body turning clockwise too much, that is because he did not arises elbow high enough but instead moves the elbow forward too much, and did not lock the elbow when contacting the bird.
